Pre-Order Campaigns
A few things to know before placing a pre-order:
Not all preorders are available for shipment.
If your order includes multiple preorder titles with different release dates, everything will ship together once the final book is released. To receive books sooner, please place separate orders.
All preorders are non-refundable once placed.
Preorders ship after the release date. We’re just as excited for your book to arrive as you are! We strive to ship all preorders within 24 hours of the official release date. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay, and in rare cases, preorders may take up to two weeks to ship.
