Our Position on AI & Human-Created Art

At Pages & Grapes, we believe books are art, and to create art is human.

We support authors, illustrators, designers, editors, photographers, and all of the creative people whose talent, experience, imagination, and hard work bring books to life.

Because of that, Pages & Grapes does not support the use of generative AI to write books or create book covers and other artwork. We believe creative work should be created and credited by the people who actually create it, and that artists and authors deserve to be recognized and compensated for their work.

When you shop with Pages & Grapes, you are supporting human creativity, independent authors, artists, publishers, and the people who make books possible.
