Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to Pages & Grapes Digital Gift Cards purchased through pagesandgrapes.com.
By purchasing, receiving, or using a Pages & Grapes Digital Gift Card, you agree to the following terms.
1. Redemption
Pages & Grapes Digital Gift Cards may be redeemed toward eligible online purchases at pagesandgrapes.com through supported redemption options.
Digital Gift Cards may be used toward eligible:
Books
Bookish gifts
Merchandise
Other qualifying non-alcoholic products available through our online store
Pages & Grapes Digital Gift Cards may not be used to purchase wine or other alcoholic beverages.
2. No Cash Value
Digital Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
3. No Expiration
Pages & Grapes Digital Gift Card balances do not expire.
4. No Inactivity Fees
Pages & Grapes does not deduct inactivity, dormancy, maintenance, or similar fees from a Digital Gift Card balance.
5. Remaining Balances
If the total purchase is less than the available Digital Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future eligible purchases.
If the total purchase exceeds the available balance, the customer may pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method when supported by the checkout system.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Digital Gift Cards
Pages & Grapes is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, misplaced, or misdirected Digital Gift Cards or gift-card codes, or for Digital Gift Cards used without the purchaser's or recipient's permission.
Digital Gift Cards and their redemption codes should be treated like cash.
Once a Digital Gift Card has been purchased, responsibility for safeguarding the Digital Gift Card and its redemption information belongs to the purchaser and recipient.
Lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorizedly used Digital Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate recipient email address at the time of purchase.
Pages & Grapes is not responsible for Digital Gift Cards delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
All Digital Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital Gift Cards cannot be returned, canceled, exchanged for cash, or refunded after purchase except where required by applicable law.
Merchandise purchased using a Digital Gift Card remains subject to the applicable Pages & Grapes return and refund policies.
If a qualifying merchandise return is refunded, the refund will be processed according to the Pages & Grapes return policy and the capabilities of the original payment method or gift-card system.
8. Promotions and Discounts
A Digital Gift Card is a form of payment and is not itself a promotional discount.
Eligible promotions or discounts may generally be applied to qualifying purchases paid for with a Digital Gift Card unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
9. Shipping, Taxes, and Other Charges
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other eligible transaction charges may be paid using the Digital Gift Card balance when supported by the checkout system.
If the Digital Gift Card balance is insufficient to cover the complete transaction, an additional accepted payment method may be required.
10. Electronic Delivery
Digital Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all recipient information, including the recipient's email address, is entered correctly.
Customers should check spam or junk-mail folders if a Digital Gift Card email does not appear in the recipient's inbox.
11. Incorrect Email Addresses
Pages & Grapes is not responsible for Digital Gift Cards sent to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser.
Customers should carefully review recipient information before completing a Digital Gift Card purchase.
12. Unauthorized Use
The purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping Digital Gift Card codes and redemption information secure.
Pages & Grapes is not responsible for Digital Gift Cards redeemed by another person who obtained access to the gift-card information without authorization.
13. Changes to These Terms
The terms applicable to a Digital Gift Card are the terms disclosed at the time the Digital Gift Card is purchased, subject to applicable law.
